Every bottle from Juus Cauldron is cold-pressed daily using organic produce. We use High Pressure Processing (HPP) to maintain nutritional integrity and flavor without ever using heat or artificial preservatives.

How long will my Juus Cauldron drinks last?

Because our juices are raw and alive, they typically have a refrigerated shelf life of 3 to 5 days. Please check the 'Enjoy By' date printed on the cap for the best experience.

What is your shipping policy for perishable goods?

We ship in insulated, eco-friendly packaging with non-toxic ice packs to ensure your order stays chilled at 40°F or below until it reaches your doorstep. We currently offer overnight and 2-day express shipping.

Do you offer a bottle return or recycling program?

Yes! We are committed to the planet. Our bottles are 100% BPA-free and recyclable. If you are a local subscriber, you can leave your rinsed bottles out for our drivers to collect for specialized recycling.

Can I cancel or modify my subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your cauldron arrives cracked or warm, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement batch immediately.
