  To ensure a swift resolution, please attach clear photos of the product and its packaging, especially if the item was damaged during transit.

  Once reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-perishable returns.

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
